How to commision me:

Heres a step by step guide to commission me!

Decide what you want:I Prefer when people know exactly what they want me to draw- its easiest and fastest if you have a reference for a character, pose and an art style. However if you dont have references we can discuss and work it out!Message me:You have to shoot me a message BEFORE PAYING ME telling me what you would like, you can do this through discord (thesillydergen) or email ([email protected]), I Do not take commissions on Bluesky or tumblr to avoid bots! After we decide on what you want I will calculate the final cost and ask you if its ok!

Payment:You can either pay a full upfront payment before I start work or after I send the sketch WIP, I do not allow payment after a full image!If this doesnt work for you, you can pay half before the sketch and the other half after the sketch!Please note:
- I do not accept harassment and will block you, payment or not.
- If you do not pay after a sketch is done, I will delete the sketch and stop work untill you pay.
- If ANYTHING at all looks wrong with the sketch, let me know! I am happy to help fix everything that you want fixed to make it a good peice!

All of the above are the base prices and can be discussed to a lower or higher price depending on how comfy I feel as the artist. PLEASE DO NOT HAGGLE WITH ME. I WILL DENY SERVICE.

Here are my TOS (terms of service) for art commissions, please note that I have the right to decline service if I feel unsafe or unsure.I ONLY USE STRIPE OR KOFI FOR PAYMENT. I CANNOT TAKE CASHAPP OR PAYPAL DUE TO THE FACT ITS BANNED IN NZ.All artwork commissions made by me are for personal use only. If you would like to use my art for commercial use please email me at [email protected].
All of my artworks will have my watermark on them to avoid stealing, I will send you an unwatermarked version after payment!
I own the rights to my art, this means:
- Putting my art into any AI engine will result in you being blacklisted from all my socials, and all my friends socials with a public warning of what you did.
- Please credit me when posting my artwork anywhere!
The listed price is the only price i am offering, i will not go higher or lower than the listed price unless the request is more complex than normal.
If I feel overloaded with work (including IRL work) then I may decline/hold your work to keep myself sane.
I will likely finish your commission as soon as possible, but if i have not sent an update within a month of time please remind me!
Please provide as many references as possible, otherwise it may not turn out as you hoped.
Payment:
Please pay the full amount through kofi first, if you feel unsure about paying everything upfront message me and you can pay half when I finish the sketch the other half when I have finished.
If you need to cancel your commission for whatever reason, please note that due to the way stripe transfers money you will lose a small percentage of your money. I am not in control of the way stripe refunds people and will not transfer you the lost money.
Please be patient with me, if I feel that you are being overly aggressive or rude, I will only refund 75% of your money due to the complications.
Process
Please message me at Thesillydergen in discord with all the references, If you do not have discord email me at TheSillyDergen.
I will send you the sketch to confirm that it is up to your standards, if it is not then i will change it to your liking. After I have completed the full Image to your liking I will ask for payment before sending the unwatermarked version.
Once the final image is complete I will email it to you with the watermark, To get the unwatermarked version you need to pay the full amount.By commissioning me this means that you have read, and agree to the terms of service listed above, If you violate anything here I will blacklist you, my friends will blacklist you and I will be reporting you to whatever platform used.
